SchildMedia - Problem bei Übertrag in neue SchildMediaDatenbank

Im letzten Schuljahr sind wir von Schild auf SchildZentral umgestellt worden und haben parallel SchildMedia für die Lernmittelverwaltung genutzt.
Der Schulträger hat leider vergessen zu erwähnen, dass für eine direkte Nutzung von SchildMedia mit SchildZentral zusätzliche dauerhafte Kosten anfallen, die er nicht übernehmen will und die wir mit unserem Budget nicht abbilden können.
Aus diesem Grund wollte ich zu Beginn des Schuljahres einen Export in eine mdb-Datei aus SchildZentral vornehmen und die Option "Daten in eine andere SchildMediaDatenbank übertragen" in SchildMedia nutzen.
Ich habe also SchildMedia gestartet, das auf die "alte" DB mit den aktuellen Medienzuordnungen auf unserem Netzlaufwerk zugreift und wollte die Daten auf die exportierte DB übertragen, die ich ausgewählt habe.
Leider bricht die Übertragung mit einem Fehler ab, die Kopie der ausgegebenen Fehlermeldung sehen sie unten. Die Nachricht "Kein zulässiges Kennwort." deutet für mich auf einen Fehler bei der Anmeldung zur DB hin. Ich habe daraufhin in SchildMedia einen Administrator-Account angelegt mit exakt dem gleichen Benutzernamen sowie dem gleichen Kennwort. Die Übertragung kann mit dem gleichen Fehler trotzdem nicht stattfinden.
Fachberater und Ribeka habe ich bereits per Mail kontaktiert, bisher keiner Rückmeldungen, deswegen wollte ich hier nochmal mein Glück versuchen.
Ich bitte um eine schnelle Hilfe, da die Kollegin nächste Woche die Lernmittelausgabe vorbereiten muss.

Das Problem konnte ich mittlerweile mit Hilfe des Supports lösen:

Die Lösung bestand darin eine neue SchildMedia-Installation vorzunehmen. Dabei wird eine SchildMedia.mdb erzeugt. In dieser löscht man in jeder Tabelle alle Einträge und wählt dann die leere SchildMedia.mdb bei der Übertragung aus.

Mein Fehler lag in der Annahme, dass ich die Daten in eine Schild-Datenbank übertragen kann, weil die ursprünglichen Daten auch in einer Schild-Datenbank gespeichert waren. Da diese aber kennwortgeschützt ist und das anscheinend nicht implementiert ist, schlägt die Übertragung fehl.

Vielleicht steht mal jemand vor einem ähnlichen Problem und kann damit was anfangen.
